I still believe in heroes.
Three of these I ADORE and two I am pleasantly neutral about (Spidey and Teen Titans, aww), but. Avengers, dude.
I really REALLY wanted to like it, but I found the voice acting was…kinda…awful? They all sounded like awkwardly executed English dubs for an anime. I was disappoint. I mean, I found the voices so jarring to the characters that I couldn’t watch more than a couple episodes.
They needed some Andrea Romano*.
(and I know there is BIG debate in Korra-fandom about Korra’s voice, but the only thing that bothered me about Korra’s voice is that they couldn’t get a brown girl to voice a brown character. It’s not that hard, Romano. And you’ve done colourblind voice casting so many times before. :/)
