This superb speedster is Barry Allen, isn’t he? *checks Wiki*  Yesss; I love that Rosenbaum is still the voice for Barry!Flash tho. He just pitches his voice a bit lower and sounds more confident because he is Barry.  Wally sounds more carefree, heh.

Rosenbaum = all Flash voices. BECAUSE. YES.
